CREO Partner Program Terms

These Terms govern the CREO platform partner program (the "Program", "we"). By joining the Program at lms.creo.ua/partner/joinor activating a partner link in your school's dashboard, you (the "Partner") accept these Terms in full. They supplement the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

1. Who can be a Partner

  • Any adult individual, sole proprietor or legal entity with a CREO account.
  • Owning a school on the platform is not required. A CREO client school can also be a Partner.
  • One account — one partner profile. Participation is free.
  • We may decline or suspend participation without explanation if there are signs of a breach of these Terms.

2. Partner link and school attribution

  • The Partner receives a unique link of the form lms.creo.ua/ref/<code> and may add channel tags (?c=) for statistics.
  • A click on the link is remembered in the visitor's browser for 90 days. If the visitor registers a school on CREO within that period, the school is attributed to the Partner.
  • First-touch rule: if the visitor previously clicked another Partner's link that is still valid, the school is attributed to the Partner who referred first.
  • Attribution is lifetime: a school belongs to one Partner only and is not revisited while the school exists.
  • A school registering without a link may state the email or code of the Partner who recommended it. Upon request from the Partner or the school we may attribute a school manually when the recommendation is confirmed. Disputes are resolved on the basis of the Program's own data; our decision is final.

3. Commission

  • The base rate is 30% of every subscriptionpayment of an attributed school for as long as the school pays. An individual rate (if agreed) is shown in the Partner's dashboard.
  • The commission base is the subscription payment minus items on which the platform does not earn: custom domain, usage overage, add-on services and any one-off payments that are not a subscription.
  • The rate is fixed at the moment of accrual; later rate changes do not affect accrued amounts.
  • If a payment is refunded or cancelled, the related accrual is reversed. Amounts already paid out for reversed payments are withheld from subsequent payouts.
  • No commission is accrued on the Partner's own schools (self-referral) — see section 5.

4. Payouts

  • An accrual becomes available for payout 14 days after the payment (refund window).
  • Minimum payout is $50 or ₴2,000. Smaller amounts accumulate.
  • Payout requests are submitted from the dashboard with payment details: bank card, sole proprietor account or USDT. We process requests within 10 business days.
  • We may request documents needed for the payout and postpone it until they are provided.
  • Taxes and duties on the commission are the Partner's responsibility under the laws of their country.

5. Prohibited practices

  • Self-referral: registering via one's own link the Partner's own schools, schools of employees, affiliates or accounts controlled by the Partner.
  • Brand bidding: paid search or any paid advertising on the keywords "CREO", "creo.ua", their variations and misspellings, or impersonating CREO.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, misrepresentation of platform terms, promising discounts or refunds CREO does not offer.
  • Creating fictitious schools or any actions aimed at artificial accrual.
  • Coupon, cashback and similar services without CREO's written consent.

Breaches lead to cancellation of the related accruals and may result in exclusion from the Program without payment of unaccrued amounts.

6. Changes and termination

  • We may change these Terms, including the base rate, with at least 14 days notice in the dashboard or by email. Accruals made before the change takes effect are not revisited.
  • The Partner may leave the Program at any time; we may terminate with 14 days notice, or immediately in case of a breach of section 5.
  • After termination no new accruals are made; amounts available at termination are paid under section 4.

7. Confidentiality and data

  • The Partner sees names and statuses of attributed schools, but not their internal data, students or individual payment amounts.
  • Individual terms (rate, arrangements) are not disclosed to third parties.
  • The Partner's personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
